Maharashtra Farm Task Force wants Rs.3 lach crore for'National Agrarian Bailout' from  NDA FM's  Budget Kitty

As BJP led NDA Govt. is trying their level-best to divert most serious economic crisis being faced by the wrong policies and non-performing and non-professional functioning of present finance minister of India as her all attempts to give fresh incentive and bailout packages in the all industrial, commercial and service sectors to take them out from ongoing slowdown but it has failed too serve it's purpose to bring back the GDP on track hence to reverse the present trend of recession and economic  crisis to pump at-least Rs.3 lach crore as special "National Agrarian Bailout Package"in line with Power,Banking ,Auto and FMG sector as any direct national investment in India's  self sufficient and most deserving agriculture sector which is facing the complete rural crisis and severe economic collapse resulting in the deep depression forcing agrarian community to kill themselves as this is outcome of wrong policies adopted in banking,import-export,development and poor infrastructure and environmental issues arsing out of climate change hence agrarin bailout pakcge is must ,Maharashtra Farm Task Force( VNSSM)chairman and farm activist Kishore Tiwari who has  been working as official adviser in the agriculture sector to Maharashtra chief minister udhav thakrey 

The progressive states like Punjab , Telangana, Andhra pradesh, Gujarat ,Rajsthan,Madhyapradesh M.P.,Maharashtra have given 

 farm loan waiver amounting more than Rs.2lach crore and local subsidises and relief packages amounting more than Rs. 2 lach crore but these state owned bailout packers miserably failed due wrong policies of central Govt. in the field of import export ,direct investment , RBI regulated farm credit policy and non-profitable faulty  support price MSP due to nonprofessional functioning of CACP and Niti Ayog as both minister and experts on concern bodies are too hostile to tackle these economic issues due to nondemocratic functioning of PMO hence drastic changes in present polices and programmes are needed ,Kishore Tiwari added 

According VNSSM president Kishore Tiwari , in view of the neglect faced by the region since independence, it was high time the central government looks at Agriculture and rural economy  seriously and announces a hefty development package. 

Attention of FM  has been drawn towards complete failure to approach of PM Narendra Modi and his agenda to address National Agrarian crisis with help of profitable price to under the era of free trade and Globalisation to agriculture Produce, direct incentive and

subsidies for adoption new technology and micro-irrigation facilities hence special financial package and decision to constitute ‘ Nation commission for  farmer' Right' NCFR is needed as every year agriculture productivity is touching to new record level at the same time farmers distress and despair is resulting in record number farm suicides hence this special appeal , Tiwari added.

‘There are daily reports that FM is discussing agrarian crisis with Govt. aided NGO and govt. friendly  expert and discussion of PM stressing need of second green revolution but type of exercise and talk ,we have seen last decade   UPA regime which has reported record more than 2 lakhs farmers suicides ,hence any hostile approach will trigger another spiral of farmers suicides’ Tiwari warned .    

He demanded a Rs.3lach crore package, which would take care of the huge backlog for the region, help sustainable crop promotion and mega micro irrigation schemes and , take care of agriculture credit issue  and other infrastructure development in the region. 

Their major demands include - minimum support price (MSP) for cotton and soybean to match the production cost with a 50 per cent profit margin; new crop loan to farmers after waiving their existing debt dues; bringing in new technology in agriculture and irrigation; financial assistance for farm widows and higher education facilities to their wards hence  farmers has urged FM for special kitty to stop ongoing farmer suicides, Tiwari urged  

He urged the finance minister to display his generosity in the next budget by making a substantial allocation for the agriculture sector

सावकाराचे कर्ज काढु नका,भुकेल्याला अन्न द्या,अडाण्याला शिक्षण द्या, बेघराला घर द्या,वेळ आली तर घरातले भांडे विका पण मुलांना शिक्षण द्या म्हणणारे स्वच्छतेचे जनक, अंधश्रद्धेच्या विरुद्ध आसुड ओढणारे महान वैराग्यमुर्ती राष्ट्रसंत गाडगेमहाराज यांच्या मुक्तीच्या महामंत्राचा आदर्श ठेऊन गरीब आणि गरजूंना फक्त १० रुपयांत जेवणाची थाळी देणाऱ्या 'शिवभोजन' योजनेची २६ जानेवारीपासून राज्यभरात अंमलबजावणी  मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे यांनी आपल्या संकल्पपूर्तीच्या भाग म्हणूननागपूर येथील हिवाळी अधिवेशनामध्ये या योजनेची घोषणा केली असुन  या योजनेचा नियमित आढावा घेतला जात असुन आणि या योजनेच्या अंमलबजावणी निर्देश स्वतः मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे देत असुन  गेल्या महिन्याच्या अखेरीस मंत्रिमंडळानं या शिवभोजन योजनेला मान्यता दिली असुन  ती सध्या प्रायोगिक तत्वावर सुरू करण्यात येणार आहे  त्यासाठी तीन महिन्यांत ६ कोटी ४८ लाख रुपये खर्च अपेक्षित असुन  प्रायोगिक तत्वावर सुरुवातीला ५० ठिकाणी शिवभोजन योजनेंतर्गत १० रुपयांत जेवणाची थाळी देण्यात येणार होती. या योजनेची आता राज्यभरात अंमलबजावणी करण्याचे निर्देश मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे यांनी आढावा घेतल्यानंतर दिले आहे तसेच सरकारतर्फे सुरू करण्यात आलेल्या या शिवभोजन योजनेंतर्गत भोजनालयात प्रत्येकी ३० ग्रॅमच्या दोन चपात्या, १०० ग्रॅम भाजी, १०० ग्रॅम भात, १०० ग्रॅम वरण असलेली थाळी अवघ्या १० रुपयांत देण्यात येणार आहे मात्र ही योजनाच शुद्ध फसवेगीरी असल्याचा दावा नुकताच महाराष्ट्राचे  माजी मुख्यमंत्री व  विरोधी पक्ष नेते देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी नंदुरबार येथे केलेला दावा दुभाग्यपूर्ण असुन मला त्यांच्या कडुन ही अपेक्षा नव्हती अशी टीका अन्न सुरक्षा व अन्नअधिकार चळवळीचे कार्यकर्ते व  फडणवीस यांचे कट्टर समर्थक किशोर तिवारी यांनी केली आहे . 

माजी मुख्यमंत्री व  विरोधी पक्ष नेते  देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांचे वडील गंगाधरराव फडणवीस  सतत पोटात भुकेल्याला अन्न तहानलेल्यास पाणी द्या फक्त आणि मग बघा तुम्हाला देवाच्या दारात सुख आणि समाधानाची भीक मागायची गरजच पडणार नाही असा उपदेश देत होते व त्यांचे स्वप्नपूर्ती करून जनताराजा छत्रपती  शिवाजी महाराजांचे स्मरण करून शिवभोजन योजनेंतर्गत १० रुपयांत जेवणाची थाळी देण्याची योजना शासकीय स्तरावर सुरु करणे  म्हणजे त्यांना एक प्रकारची श्रद्धांजली असल्यामुळे तसेच हे एक आध्यात्मिक कार्य असुन समाजाच्या सर्वच स्तरावरील श्रीमंत व मध्यमवर्गीयांनी या योजनेला लोकचळवळ करान्यासाठी प्रयन्त करण्याची गरज असल्याचे प्रतिपादन किशोर तिवारी यांनी केले आहे . 

शिवभोजन योजनेला वा १० रुपयांत जेवणाची थाळी देण्याची योजनेला सरकारी सनदी अधिकारी सरकार लंगर सुरु करीत असुन आता पासूनच तीनतेरा करण्याचा प्रयन्त करीत असुन त्यातच गावापासुन मुंबईपर्यंत कणाकणात  भ्र्ष्टाचाराने बरबटलेल्या अन्न व नागरी पुरवडा विभागाचे अधिकारी व कर्मचारी यात कोणत्याप्रकारे भुकेलेल्या गरीबाचा तोंडातला घास खिशात टाकावा यासाठी कमर कसत आहेत आणी मागील युती सरकारच्या चूण-भाकर योजनेत खोटे बिल सादर करून अनुदान खाणारे पोटभरू राजकीय नेते व रास्त शिधावाटप  दुकानदार शिवभोजन स्टाल घेण्यासाठी मुंबईवारी करीत असुन अशा सर्व योजनेची ऐशीतैशी करण्याऱ्यांची फौज असतांना एका चांगला गरीबांना वा भुकलेल्या वंचिताला अन्न देण्याच्या योजनेला त्यातील त्रुट्या काढुन सकारात्मक सहकार्य करावे कारण सत्ता आली नाही याचा त्रागा वडाचे तेल वांग्यावर काढल्याने साध्य होत नाही त्यामुळे आपली लोकप्रतिमा खराब होत आहे हे आपणास आपल्या जवळचे आपणास इतक्या लवकर सांगणार  नाहीत मात्र आपण आपल्या वडिलांच्या स्मृतीत आपल्या पगारातुन वा भाजपच्या निधींमधून एक शिवभोजन केंद्र त्रिकोणी पार्कमध्ये उघडावे त्यामुळे जरूर सत्तेचे दिवस पुन्हा येतील असा मोठ्या भावाचा सल्ला किशोर तिवारी यांनी माजी मुख्यमंत्री व  विरोधी पक्ष नेते  देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी न मागता दिला आहे .

Once again Maharashtra last month has been rocked with news of 300 farmers suicides taking toll to more than 3000 innocent farmers urging newly elected Maharashtra chief minister   Uddhav Thackeray has been urged by veteran farm activist and chief minister’s adviser on agrarian crisis to tackle the issue of 3 decade old issue of farmers suicides and restoration of rural economy in order to implement   integrated the program by establishing first Maharashtra Farmers' Rights Commission ( MFRC)under his chairmanship with full judicial power in line with  Human Rights Commission and powered independent experts to address core issues related to

1)   Credit supply policy control

2)   Fund management for cost of cultivation or stabilization of agricultural prices.

3)  Equal distribution of water resources and control of rain and underground water resources.

4) Planning of crop management and management of competent disaster management system.

5) Planning and Farming of Agricultural Conservation and Agricultural Storage Processing System ,With the introduction of a program of radical change in these five areas and integrated reform in the administrative framework in line with  decision the progressive government policies.

In his draft, Kishore Tiwari says that the major  causes of India's agrarian crisis are due to strategic mistakes in these five key areas mentioned above are not restricted to the problems of agriculture and rural economy  alone but issues  health, social imbalances, problems of employment as well as the rapid elimination of water resources and livelihoods are at the root of this, therefore, debt relief, subsidies , free food and free health services are not permanent solutions on the agricultural crisis  hence formation of Maharashtra Farmers' Rights Commission ( MFRC) and address the core issues in the following areas of very important

1-   1 Farm Credit Policy Reforms

 Farm Credit supply policy or focus on investment and development in the rural as well as agricultural sector for the last 30 years has been miserably failed as there is almost constant drop incompulsory direct credit to the farmers and bumper systematic increase in  institutional finance in the name of priority sector to the agriculture sector achievement by giving 80% target to  the Agri-Business and Agri-Rural sector NBFCs and micro finance companies in rural areas owned by PSU Banks and industrial houses .hence  new farm credit policy with complete revolution in present system  and under full regulatory control of MFRC and giving status of industry to agriculture is must otherwise farm loan waiver will annual activity every year and diversion of development fund in the rural and agriculture sector will result in delay and slowdown in on-going projects .

2 Regulator for  Cost of cultivation or Cost of farming

The all attempts of present NDA Govt. in last 6 years to regulate or reduce both the cost of cultivation or the cost of agriculture has been failed to frequent climate change, further degradation soil health due to   wrong chemical farming and withdrawal of subsidies moreover the heavy chemical use in agriculture has resulted in all economic, health and environmental issues, the state should try to bring agriculture into the concurrent list to regulate cost of cultivation.

3 Equal distribution of water resources as well as control of rainwater  and ground water resources.

Although the water controller is presently operating in Maharashtra, the demand for water for agriculture and other uses has increased by over three times in the last decade due to the increasing crisis of rainwater and underground water hence MFRC will address issue effectively to have rational use of water to keep development and environment intact .  MFRC will address these issues with judicial authority .

4.Control of crop pattern

The present era of globalisation and faulty import-export policies to protect all lobbies in the textile ,oil, pluses and sugar sectors the promotion of faulty cash crops and low export incentive to our perennials cash crop and massive import of cheap food, oilseeds or pulses are the root cause of collapse of rural economy and present distress in rural community resulting in farmer suicides hence selection of crops in areas of   food, oilseeds or pulses should be promoted by proper direct subsidies and quantitative restriction of import of such items and proper promotion of agrarian crisis prone areas cash crops like cotton and soybean . MFRC will address these issues with judicial authority.

5 State Minimum Support Price

Proposed Maharashtra Farmers' Rights Commission ( MFRC) should be empowered to have their own policy for fixing the Minimum Support Price (MSP ) by appointing their own panel of experts on M.A.C.P. by excising their own EXIM policies . 

5 Disaster Management System

In all the advanced nations, there is an proper insurance and risk management system that is capable of managing disasters in a untimely climate change crisis or man-made crisis and state is not involved in such risk management and huge compensation pay-outs ,the Prime Minister Fasal Bima Yojna has failed  served its purpose hence  roll of NDRF and non-functioning of SDRF has made state disaster management activity in the hand of nonprofessional and hostile govt. corrupt machinery hence drastice changes are need by MFRC .

6.Agricultural protection and agricultural storage processing system

Since the government cannot do any business and it is wrong to try it, it is necessary to have separate price stabilization funds and a corruption free system of intermediaries to maintain MSP in the open market, to maintain storage capacity with financial support to mortgage by local bank in each the village, village should produce poison-free food, pulses and oils or vegetables. Village should have proper school, health centre, and govt. administrative building and staff quarters for all employees employed in the village

सध्या मोठ्या ब्रेकिंग न्यूज मिळत नसल्यामुळे कांद्याचा नापिकीमुळे झालेल्या तुटीमुळे वाढलेल्या किमतींचा जबरीने बाजार करणाऱ्या   राष्ट्रीय हिंदी व  इंग्लिश माध्यमांना ही ही राष्ट्रीय विपदा मद्यम वर्गीय ग्राहकांवर आली असुन अनेक गरीबांचे बळी पडतील देश आर्थिक संकटात येणार असा समज पसरू नका फक्त महीना दीड महिन्यात नाशीक कांदा भारताचा बाजारात येणार हे निश्चित असुन जर या राष्ट्रीय हिंदी व  इंग्लिश माध्यमांची अनाहुत ओरड ऐकून भारत सरकारने स्वस्त भावाचा कांदा पाकीस्थान मधुन मोठ्या प्रमाणात आणला तर जानेवारी नंतर कांदा उत्पादक शेतकऱ्यांना आपला कांदा व्यापाऱ्यांना मोतीमोल भावात विकून आत्महत्या कराव्या लागतील तरी आपल्या  प्रसारणाला देण्यात येत असलेला राष्ट्रोय संकटाचे स्वरूप संयमित करावे असे आव्हान शेतकरी चळवळीचे कार्यकर्ते किशोर तिवारी यांनी राष्ट्रीय हिंदी व  इंग्लिश माध्यमांना केले आहे 

आपल्या निवेदनात कांद्याचे संकट हे दिवाळी दरम्यान झालेल्या अकाली पाऊसामुळे असुन यामध्ये महाराष्ट्राच्या शेतकऱ्यांचे सुमारे ४० हजार कोटींचे उभे पीक नष्ट झाले आहे व याचा भारत सरकारच्या चुकीच्या आर्थिक धोरणाचा संबंध नसुन महाराष्ट्राच्या शेतकऱ्यांना आपल्या फक्त १० टक्के उरलेल्या कांद्याला थोडा भाव मिळत असल्यामुळे ग्राहकही सहकार्य करीत आहेत तसेच कोणताही प्रसिद्धिप्रधान राजकीय पक्ष सुद्धा आपला मोमबत्ती मार्च करीत नसुन फक्त  राष्ट्रीय हिंदी व  इंग्लिश माध्यमांनी साऱ्या मध्यम वर्गीयांचा ठेका घेत सतत कांदा हा विषय लावून धरला आहे ही ओरड करणाऱ्यांनी  जैन बांधवांचा सल्ला घ्यावा कारण युगाण युगे ते कांदा लसूण शिवाय जगतायेत अनेक समाजात चार चार महीने कांदा न खाता सहज जगतात व त्यांचे विकारही कमी होतात आता सर्वच धर्मीय शेतकऱ्यासाठी आम्हीही कांद्याशिवाय वा कमी कांद्याने    जगू शकतो न दाखून दिले आहे कारण आजकाल एका  कुटुंबाला महिन्यात  जास्तीत जास्त ५  किलो कांदा लागतो  आणि बजेट ६०  रुपये कांदा या भावाने केले असेल तर कांदा फक्त ३ किलो खरेदी करा वाढलेलं बजेट सौदर्य प्रसाधन सिनेमा हॉटेल  आणि इतर  खर्च करून शेतकऱ्यांच्या पाठीशी उभे रहा फक्त हे दोन महिन्यासाठी आहे पुढे रब्बी चा कांदा आला की कांद्याचे भाव जेमतेम २० रुपये  होतील असा विश्वास किशोर तिवारी यांनी व्यक्त केला आहे . 

जेव्हा कांदा २० रुपये किलोच्या खाली होतो तेव्हा शेतकरी सतत तोट्यात असतो  कांही तोटा आज  कमी होतोय तर होई ओरड का कारण शेती ही चॅरिटी नाही व्यवसाय आहे हे मान्य करावयाला पाहीजे  सद्याची भाववाढ ही निर्सगाचा प्रकोपामुळे  केवळ मागणी आणि पुरवठा यामुळेच झाली आहे हे लक्षात घेण्याची गरज असल्याचे किशोर तिवारी म्हटले आहे  लोकांना खुश ठेवण्याआठी कांदा बटाटा  हा जीवनाव्यशक  हा का यावर राष्ट्रीय हिंदी व  इंग्लिश माध्यमांनी खुली चर्चा करण्याचे आवाहन किशोर तिवारी यांनी केले आहे . 

राष्ट्रीय हिंदी व  इंग्लिश माध्यमांनी  गरिबांचे  काय होईल याची चिंता करू नका.ते आपलं बजेट सांभाळून चटणी भाकरी खाऊन आनंदी  असतात त्यामुळे ग्राहकांनी तेव्हा कांदा महाग झाला हा  राष्ट्रीय हिंदी व  इंग्लिश माध्यमांनी सुरु केलेल्या कांगावा पाहण्यात टाळावे अशी विनंती शेतकरी चळवळीचे कार्यकर्ते किशोर तिवारी यांनी केली आहे .

 मागील मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांच्या नेतृत्वात असलेल्या भारतीय जनता पक्षाच्या सरकारने सरकारमध्ये ऑन लाईन  भरती ,निविदा आणी परीक्षा या सारख्या साऱ्या उपक्रमाचे लोकांना मदत करण्याच्या उद्देशाने महा पोर्टल उभारले होते मात्र नेटवर्क ग्रामीण भागात नसल्याने सर्वांचा अतोनात झळ करण्यात आला आता त्या पारदर्शक प्रणालीमध्ये पोटभरू दलालांनी कोट्यवधींची कमाई केली असा वासही येणे चुकीचे आहे म्हणून भाजपचे विरोधी पक्ष नेत्यांनी सि बी आई चौकशीची मागणी लावून धरणे अत्यंत गरजेचे झाले आहे कारण  महा पोर्टलबद्दल बर्‍याच तक्रारी आल्या आहेत. काही नावे / आडनावांना प्राधान्य देण्यात आले होते आणि इतरांना जाणीवपूर्वक हटविण्यात आले आहे, अशी शंका सर्वत्र पसरली आहे. काही विशिष्ट जाती / समुदायांना अनुकूलता देण्यात आल्याची तक्रार तर बिनबुडाची वाटते मात्र पारदर्शक व चारीत्र्यवान पूर्वीचे मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांच्या झालाच नसेल असा विश्वास किशोर तिवारी प्रगट केला असुन मात्र रामभक्तांनी भगवान रामाचा आदर्श   ठेवत दुधाचे दूध पाण्याचे पाणी करावे असा आग्रह करीत  मागील सरकारने सुरू केलेल्या 'ई-टेंडरिंग' प्रक्रियेत व्यापक अनियमिततेच्या तक्रारी आल्या आहेत काही विशिष्ट घटकांना   'पूर्ण पारदर्शकता' न घेता अयोग्य फायदा दिल्याचा आरोप गंभीर फौजदारी गुन्हांना आमंत्रित करणारा आहे .  

 "महा पोर्टल व्यवस्थापनासह संबंधित व्यक्ती आणि माहिती तंत्रज्ञान तज्ज्ञ अद्यापही आपल्या पदाचा राजीनामा देण्यास टाळाटाळ करतात. बर्‍याच वेळा त्यांच्यापैकी काहीजण विचित्र तास किंवा ठिकाणी विचित्र काम करीत असल्याचे दिसून आले आहे तसेच महापोर्टल महा टेंडर अधिकृत होण्यापूर्वी त्यांच्या माहितीची उघड वारंवार केली जात होती असा गंभीर आरोपच किशोर   तिवारी यांनी यावेळी  केला.

या पूर्वी मागील आठवड्यातच माननीय मुख्यमंत्री  उद्धवजी  ठाकरे यांना  निवेदन देताना खादर सुप्रिया  सुळे म्हणाले की, महा पोर्टलवरील बेरोजगारांना भेडसावणाऱ्या नवयुवकांना केलेल्या तक्रारी व  अडचणी लक्षात घेता मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी ते काढून टाकावे आणि त्याऐवजी त्यापूर्वीच्या महाराष्ट्र लोकसेवा आयोगाच्या कार्यपद्धतींनुसार भरती करण्याची मागणी केली होती तसेच शिवसेनेचे नेते आदित्य ठाकरे यांनीही मुख्यमंत्र्यांसमवेत अशीच मागणी केली आणि सुळे यांच्यासमवेत त्यांनी  भेट घेतली होती हे विषेय आहे . 

 बाह्य माहिती तंत्रज्ञ तज्ञांकडून महा पोर्टलची संपूर्ण तपासणी केल्यास महाराष्ट्रातील घोटाळ्याचे संभाव्य व्यापाम प्रकार उघडकीस येऊ शकतात आणि म्हणूनच त्याला त्वरित सील करण्यात यावे  व पुढील कामकाज सर्व   आई टी कंपन्यांची हकालपट्टी करावी अशी मागणी किशोर तिवारी यांनी केली आहे .

The drama which continued  in  Maharashtra fro 40 almost a month in which national ruling BJP failed to comeback even its miserable attempt  to grab the in the post midnight drama has been matter of world discussion  has very senior  executive of US base IT giant  based in australia  has sent has own analysis which has been very  viral in social media  which is putting question mark on the  national BJP leadership ,The Five Reasons why BJP lost the Maharashtra throne done by NRI Apporve Mishra who is working in IT firm in Australia are too serious to raise credibility of Indian political leadership as the  Game of Throne Maharashtra 2019 season is finally over. After being stabbed by BJP & Ajit Pawar and revived by  Sharad Pawar and  Udhav Thackrey has emerged as John Snow of Maharashtra. So, it’s a happy ending for the Thakreys and Shiv Sena, but it does raise some serious questions for BJP: What went wrong with BJP? How did they lose even after winning most seats? Is there a chance for comeback?

The answer to these questions is complicated but one can find it if they look at the below five reasons given by NRI are 

First: The Smug: The problem really started when the lok sabha election results were out and BJP won the majority. Suddenly BJP as a party started believing that they don’t really need the support of other local parties, which form the NDA alliance, for staying in power. As a result, even the BJP’s state leadership started practicing this self-reliant model in the state elections. Little that they knew that the voter’s mentality for the CM election is very different to the PM one. Maharashtra BJP leadership simply relied on the Modi brand to do it’s magic rather than them focusing on building their own image.

Second: The Disconnect: When a party contests election it is important for them to know the pain points of the voters. They need to know the daily struggles and miseries people are facing in the region. The election campaign should be around remediating those issues and making the life of a common man less painful. With BJP, all of this was missing. Not only did they failed to address the things that mattered for the state residents, but also turned deaf to the cries of local leader and other activists on the ground. Topics like surgical strike, article 370 and triple tallaq were used to justify Fadnavis second term. Needless to mention that there was no direct involvement of the ex CM on any of these matters.

Third: The Farmers: Often neglected and undermined these are the backbone of any nation. BJP Govt. in Maharashtra promised a lot to the poor farmers. There were policies made, on paper, to support them, but the implementation was poorly done. Lack of political will and genuine concerns towards improving the conditions of farmers in the state resulted in numerus suicides by the struggling farmers. Even when one of the BJP’s very own farmer leader and farmer activist tried to point out the flaw very little attention was paid by the Fadnavis Govt. All of this caused anger and distrust for the Govt among the local farmers.

Fourth: The Ego: One can argue that even after all this BJP and Shiv Sena alliance was able to achieve enough seats to secure next term in Maharashtra. So, let me reiterate this, it was BJP and Shiv Sena alliance and not just BJP that had the numbers. The BJP leadership failed to understand this, they needed the support of Shiv Sena as much as the latter needed theirs. There were no efforts taken by them to understand the views of Shiv Sena. No efforts to diffuse the situation. There was a lack of respect for their oldest ally and the only thing present was ego. Due to this fake sense of superiority and do not care attitude, BJP leaders took a firm stance against something that should have been dealt with a humble tone.

Fifth: The Greed: Finally, there was one thing that not only costed BJP it’s next term in Maharashtra, but also destroyed its reputation. Whole nation saw the act of desperation by BJP leaders, blinded by the urge to have five more years of power. The unprecedented actions taken to regain control in the region seriously backfired. Maharashtra was lost and so was the integrity of this great institution, which was built by the sweat and hard work of great leaders like Atal Bihari Bajpayee. All because of the Greed to conquer Maharashtra throne.

अर्थव्यवस्था व उद्योग व व्यापार व इस्त्राईल राज्य आर्थिक मंत्रालयाच्या निमंत्रणावरून, सदस्य कायदा व भूजल श्री विनोद तिवारी १८ रोजी होणाऱ्या  आंतरराष्ट्रीय व्यावसायिक प्रदर्शन व परिषद वॉटरटेक २०१९ मध्ये सहभागी होण्यासाठी इस्राईलच्या दौर्‍यावर जात आहेत. इस्राईलमधील तेल अवीव येथे १८ ते २१ नोव्हेंबर हि परिषद होत आहे . विनोद तिवारी  महाराष्ट्र जलसंपत्ती नियामक प्राधिकरणाच्या प्रतिनिधीमंडळाचा एक भाग आहेत. केंद्रीय जलशक्ती मंत्री (जलसंपदा), भारत सरकार श्री. गजेंद्र शेखावत हे इस्रायलमधील  वॉटरटेक २०१९ मध्ये साठी भारतीय प्रतिनिधी मंडळाचे अध्यक्ष आहेत.

वॉटरटेक २०१९ मध्ये जलसंपतेचे किमान वापर व संरक्षण यासाठी जागतिक स्तरावर होत असलेल्या प्रयन्तांचे  भाग आहे  वॉटरटेक २०१९ मध्ये जगभरातील धोरणकर्ते, उद्योग नेते, व्यवसाय अधिकारी, संशोधक आणि राजकीय निर्णय घेणारे एकत्रयेणार आहेत 

वॉटरटेक २०१९ मध्ये कार्यशाळा, गोलमेज आणि सर्व सहभागींच्या बर्‍याच संवादासह पॅनेल चर्चा समाविष्ट करणारे सत्र. २०१७ मध्ये झालेल्या अंतिम डब्ल्यूएटीईसी इस्त्राईल कार्यक्रमात ९०  देशांतील १०,००० हून अधिक अभ्यागतांनी हजेरी लावली होती  . यंदाचे अर्थव्यवस्था व उद्योग मंत्रालयाच्या माध्यमातून इस्रायलचे राज्य नवीनतम घडामोडी व तंत्रज्ञान प्रदर्शित करण्यासाठी पहिल्यांदाच एक परस्परसंवादी प्रदर्शन क्षेत्र सादर करीत आहे. पाण्याचे डिजिटल व्यवस्थापन ; सोल्युशन्स ३६० डीग्री आणि सर्वमान्य पर्याय यावर प्रस्ताव चर्चेला येणार आहेत . 

श्री तिवारी इस्त्राईलमधील जलसंपता  क्षेत्रातील कल्पकतेची स्थिती समजून घेण्यासाठी क्षेत्रीय भेटी घेणार आहेत.

महाराष्ट्र जल जलसंपत्ती नियामक प्राधिकरण (एमडब्ल्यूआरआरए), महाराष्ट्रातील जल क्षेत्रामधील एक वैधानिक प्राधिकरण जलशक्ती मंत्रालय (जलसंपदा, नदी विकास आणि गंगा पुनरुत्थान) भारत सरकारतर्फे स्थापित करण्यात आली आहे त्यांना राष्ट्रीय जल पुरस्कार २०१९ मध्ये प्रथम क्रमांकाचा पुरस्कार नियोजनाच्या कामात केलेल्या कामगीरी बद्दल देण्यात आला आहे यामध्ये एमडब्ल्यूआरआर ए राज्य भूजल प्राधिकरण महाराष्ट्र राज्यातील जलसंपत्तीचा शाश्वत, न्याय्य व न्याय्य वापर करण्याच्या उत्तम पद्धतींचा उपयोग करण्यासाठी नियोजन करणारी एकेमव संस्था आहे 

महाराष्ट्र भूजल (विकास आणि व्यवस्थापन) तरतूदी अंतर्गत एमडब्ल्यूआरआर ए राज्य भूजल प्राधिकरण म्हणून कार्यरत आहे आणि श्री. तिवारी हे भारतातील पर्यावरण विषयाचे विधी कायदेशीर  अभ्यासक असून राज्याचे भूजल रिसोर्सेस प्राधिकरणाचे प्रभारी सदयस  देखील आहेत.

Vinod Tiwari, to  visit  Israel to participate in WATEC 2019

On the invitation of  Ministry of Economy & Industry and Trade and Economic Mission of State of Israel , Mr. Vinod Tiwari, Member Law & Ground Water is visiting Israel to participate in WATEC 2019, an international professional exhibition and conference which will take place on 18-21 November in Tel Aviv, Israel. He is part of delegation of Maharashtra Water Resourses Regulatory Authority. Union Minister for Jalshakti ( Water Resourses), Govt of India Shri. Gajendra Shekhawat is heading Indian delegation for WATEC, 2019 in Israel.

The focus of WATEC 2019 is “Water Stewardship and Innovation - driving global leadership in the responsible planning management, and protection of water”.  WATEC Israel 2019 brings together policy makers, industry leaders, business executives, researchers, and political decision makers from around the world. 

Sessions that incorporate workshops, roundtables and panel discussions with much interaction from all participants. More than 10,000 visitors from 90 countries attended the last WATEC Israel event held in 2017. This year State of Israel thru it's Ministry of Economy & Industry is introducing a first-of-a-kind interactive display area, to showcase the latest developments and technologies: Digital Water; Solutions 360⁰ and Mainstream. This year we leverage Israel's global position as 'the water start-up nation' to jolt forward water technology for generations to come.

Mr. Tiwari will also be carrying out field visits to understand state of art innovation in Water Resourses Sector in Israel.

Maharashtra Water Resourses Regulatory Authority ( MWRRA), a Statutory authority in Water Sector in Maharashtra is the Winner of First position in National Water Awards, 2018 instituted by Govt of India thru Ministry of Jalshakti ( Water Resourses, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation ) and planned to introduce best practices in sustainable, juditious & equitable use of Water Resourses in State of Maharashtra.  

MWRRA is also functioning as State Groundwater Authority under the Provisions of Maharashtra Groundwater ( Development & Management ) Act and Mr. Tiwari is also in charge of Ground Water Resourses Authority for the State.
