Deletion of 6 million voters in Maharashtra set to change most of the LS
results
Nagpur-21/04/2014
The issue of highly negligent & Faulty Electrol-Voters Rolls
Revision work and Wrongful Deletion
& Missing Entries in Electoral Rolls virtually deprived more than 6
Million legitimate voters in Maharashtra State from exercising Right to Vote &
Elect in LS Polls has made general election as hoax will change outcome of
result as Wrongful Deletion & Missing Entries in voters deprived more than 4 Million Electors
from Voting in first and second phase of LS polls which has taken palce on 10th
and 17 April but in last phase of election of phase there will be havoc in Mumbai
and remaining part of Maharashtra as 3
million voters names have been already deleted and will be deprived from the legitimate right of voting hence ECI should look in to this serious issue
and direct all RO to allow all voters whose have deleted or recently uploaded
but not printed in the final list due to technical and highly negligent & Faulty Electrol-Voters Rolls Revision work, Kishor Tiwari of activist group Vidarbha Janandolan Samiti (VJAS) informed in
press release today
“On one part
administration and officials including
NIC & Contractor Agencies have created this mess due to their most casual approach & negligent in revision of electors / voters rolls in various
Assembly constituencies forming part of Loksabha-Parliamentary seats in
Maharashtra and complete apathy of voter and political parties which were aware
of this massive deletion has not approached the administration hence cry after
first and second phase of polling will futile as ECI intervention is unlikely but 3 million voters deleted and election are due can be restored if the concerned
parties approached EC before 24 April that’s day of last phase of voting in Maharashtra”
Tiwari added.
‘we are taking up issue with ECI and issue of deletion of 6 million voter will certainly change the result of all Maharashtra LS seats hence this is issue of freezing democratic right of citizen to elect Govt.by faulty procedure and irresponsible babus should be rectified and all should be punished and prosecuted as they have made mockery of Indian democracy ’Tiwari urged..
.
Political parties who are likely suffer badly has
taken up issue of Election Commission of India thru Chief Electrol Officer of
Maharashtra State at Mumbai had Ordered to under take work of Revision of
Electrol Rolls as per provisions of Registration of Electors Rules, 1966 (
"the Rules"for short) as framed under Representation of Peoples Act,
1951 ( "RP Act" for Short) , in view of General Elections to
LokSabha, 2014 . This work was undertaken thru an intensive drive during period
January 2013 to March 2014 in three major stages by various Electrol
Registration Officers who are also Returning Officers of respective Assembly
Constituencies forming part of Loksabha-
Parliamentary seats in Maharashtra and it is added that the Inclusion ,
Rectification , Transportation & Deletion of names of Electors/ Voters was
carried out by ERO officials "On Line" thru server of "National Informatics Center-
NIC" ( nic.in) by deploying Private Agencies and entire
Data was up loaded & stored at "nic.in" by deploying Private Contractors working
thru Help Centers at various Distt Places under direct Control of Distt.
Electrol Officers/ Election Officers at Distt Collectors Concerned. The work
of preparation of Electors' Identity Cards & conversion of PDF files
of Electrol Rolls of all Booths / Parts including Printing of Rolls for Entire
State was given to one Private IT
Company named - M/s. AAtishay Infotech Ltd,Bhopal (M.P.)
it is reported that When this en-mass deletion
of names of voters from Elector Rolls first experienced on 10th April in
Vidarbha Region, the EROs & CEOs just tried to blame Voters & Political
Parties pointing out their neglect in verifying Draft & Final Rolls, But
they squarely failed to judge & accept such mass deletion is happened in
cases were names are very much available in Draft Rolls but found surprisingly
missing in Final Rolls. EROs & CEOs did not bother to veify Rolls prior to
making its PDF Files & allowed the Agency to Print the Rolls finally.
"Data Corruption" Or "Migration Errors" are very commonly
seen when such Data down loading & assembling from "NIC.in "
server is done by Private Parties while converting it in PDF Files. It can be
easily seen/ experienced in present cases of Electrol Rolls showing entries of
names of one same family group shifting to different Parts / Booths. Similarly,
it is also seen that Names of 4 out of family group of 8 totally missing,
though it was very much seen in Draft list . In many cases, name husband is
seen but name of wife changed or age/ gender changed in final list. Such
"Data Corruption" in down loading Or converting it in PDF Form by
Private Party is an apparent possibility which could have avoided/ rectified ,
if EROs would have been vigilant & worked carefully, prior to signing &
authoring Rolls. But as either due to mistake of ERO or Data Transmission &
Assembling errors at PDF conversions by Private Contractors , lacs of Voters
suffered heavily.
it is alleged that due to casual approach & negligent,
careless work of ERO officials along with lack of coordination with officials
at NIC & Private Contrators, have willfully & deliberately created a
bad impression in the minds of voters who were found moving pillars to post to
search their names in Voters lsit on 10th April & 17th April election days
in 29 LokSabha Constituencies in Maharashtra whose names were missing
either due to mistake of ERO or Data Transmission & Assembling Errors at
PDF conversions by Private Contractors.
‘we are taking up issue with ECI and issue of deletion of 6 million
voter will certainly change the result of all Maharashtra LS seats hence issue
of freezing democratic right of citizen to elect Govt. has been frozen by
faulty procedure and irresponsible babus should be rectified and all should be
punished and prosecuted as they have made mockery of Indian democracy ’Tiwari
urged.
