Planted Grand Event of "Rojgar Melas": A show for political gains by ruling BJP contrary to Civil Service Rules & Regulations

In a petition submitted before ECI Shiv Sena (Uddhav Thakrey) Party's National Spokesperson Kishore Tiwari raised serious objections on the ways & style of arranging & glorifying grand events of so called Rojgar Melas said to be organised by Army, Govt departments & PSU undertaking to distribute so called appointment letters / LoIs to 75,000 candidates said to be selected in regular recruitment drives by UPSC / SSBs under Army Rules, Civil Service Rules & PSU Regulations which do not recognise & allow such events for the political agains that too only for ruling BJP members as evident from nation wide programs organised by such government departments and PSU undertakings in various cities in India by infusing public funds
Mr. Tiwari in his petition further pointed out that by organising such grand mega show by various Central Government departments and PSU undertakings have violated their own service rules and recruitment regulations which do not allow such distribution of so called appointment letters with the hands of ruling party members that too when poll process of General Elections to State Assembly of Himachal has already set in motion by ECI and for Gujarat the dates are likely to be announced. Any such event with the eyes to benifit ruling party politically is not only illigal but it's against the several judgements of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India as well as ECI guidelines for free & fair polls without any inducement to benifit only ruling party in India and without giving equally fair opportunity to several recognised and registered parties in opposition in India.
In his petition, Mr. Tiwari relied upon several rulings of Supreme Court of India delivered under Article 32 as well as pointed out towards Model Code of Conduct (MCC) directions / orders given by ECI under the constitutional powers under article 324 of Constitution of India from to time to safeguard the free & fair polls without inducement of ruling party in power. All Central & State government departments as well as PSU undertakings are duty bound to obey and follow these ruling even then such grand mega show in the style of "Rojgar Melas" by various Central Government departments and PSU undertakings by violating their service rules and recruitment regulations in which there is no provision to allow such distribution of so called appointment letters with the hands of ruling party members that too when poll process of General Elections to State Assemblies is going on . The documents appended & link shared with the petition clearly demonstrates that how these mega events in the name of so called "Rojgar Melas" have been attended by only ruling party members and no one from opposition parties were involved in programs organised with the public funds! This is all ridiculous and unethical much less unlawful, Tiwari wrote to ECI.
The petition by Mr. Tiwari prayed that detailed probe should be ordered in these mega show events Rojgar Melas and all heads of the concerned Central Government and PSU undertakings be held responsible for violating the set MCC directions / orders ECI and rulings of Supreme Court of India and further direct to stop such mega shows in future so as to prohibit ruling party in power at Centre as well as State to reap fruits & misuse it's dominant position by making Central Government departments and PSU undertakings by infusing huge public funds for such politically motivated program sans involvement of anybody from opposition parties.
Mr.Tiwari has also prayed for early listing of the petition considering undue hest being made by the ruling party in power by misusing it's dorminant position.
When contacted by this scribe Mr. Tiwari said " When the Civil Service Rules and PSU Regulations required that any appointments letter is to be issued by concerned HoDs after completing statutory formalities, how it can be issued by Ministers or any politically associated persons that too in such a program organised by infusing public funds ! It's all just to take credit to show jobs are given at the behest of the ruling party in power. It's all highly illigal and unethical "
