Subject- BJP Opposition to 5% quotas for backward Muslims in education fields is unfortunate--- BJP Becomes the RSS's 'Frankenstine Monster'

Sir, You and our Prime Minister Narendra Modiji have been trying their level best bring minorities and deprived class people in to main stream of society  for the economic developments of national but some elements so called members of संघ परीवार are continuously acting against the will of RSS and Indian PM  and I am forced to write you when recent protest and abusing statements when the much-needed but most delayed Maharashtra Maha Vikas Aghadi progressive Govt. to give 5% quotas for backward Muslims in education, has got unwarranted and anti-nationalist opposition by some Loudmouth Maharashtra BJP leaders and other alleged 'Hindutva organisations' - who only spread anti-Muslim hate agenda. They are now opposing the Shiv Sena-Nationalist Gongress Party-Congress government's historic move.

All sections of society are demanding reservations in education-jobs since past six years and they were supported by the same BJP-Hindutva groups.

But ONLY after the MVA Aghadi made an announcement, they are strongly OPPOSING..!

They are now trying to paint Shiv Sena as a 'pro-Muslim' by those ironically who did nothing for Hindutva-Hindus.

The Shiv Sena-Congress-NCP Govt. want to remind all that social, communal and religious harmony was the legacy given by the Great Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj to Maharashtra.But some alleged Hindutva forces hijacked it, raising a question mark on the credibility of even the RSS, which propagated Pure, Cultural and Tolerant 'Hindutva'.

My family worked very closely with the RSS, my father the late Bhayyaji Tiwari was a fulltime mentor of RSS-Jansangh who was jailed 19 months during Emergency. I have been a RSS worker since childhood, plus all my other family members too,but in my family, people of all castes/communities/religions were always welcome and given equal respect, food, help, etc. as per the teachings of RSS.

No communities ever felt threats from RSS till 2014, because the BJP misused and pollute the pure RSS. With RSS people getting plum, paid posts and perks in government/party, their voice become stronger than the RSS leaders.

I always learnt in RSS that Hindutva is culture and all religion are having different mode and doctrine (प्रार्थना पद्धती )of their prayer and all should be given equal respect and opportunity to enjoy full liberty and economic status. Despite Devendra Fadnavis assuring me MLC, MP, Minister post to grab my Farmers support, I never expected anything AND before dying last year my Belovedm Mother advised me "Never to trust these BJP people as they only divide and rule, use-and-throw away".

But viewing recent environment after CAA-NRC-NPR by the BJP, the country's social harmony and peace in nation is at threat, the communal speeches by BJP-men and violence in capital has now raised doubts on the RSS and the so-called 'Hindutva' gruops who work under its umbrella support.

As the RSS creation and ideological baby BJP goes on a rampage, its the RSS earning a bad name - just like how parents are blamed for their children who become goondas, and public say - 'Ma-baap ne kaise sanskar diye' - same image is now happening to RSS.

My question is - when that so-called Hindutva forces did nothing but divide between Hindus/Muslims to polarize the country for votes, now who are they to question the proposed 5% quota for backward Muslim reservations in Maharashtra.

In order to save RSS reputation, - Can the RSS clarify please if they support the stand of the BJP-Hindutva groups or not please?

The sad reality is people like Fadnavis, Yogi and other arrogant BJP-Hindutva parties don’t' respect to the Woman who are 50% of Bharat Mata (India) population, so how will they tolerate the minorities?

Historically we have noticed that whenever people, especially the secualar Hindus questioned the BJP wrong policies, it felt scared and immediately spread the anti-Muslim poison, Pakistan, Bangladesh, fuel communal riots, etc, to scare the Secular Hindus and bring them into the fold. Thankfully, the Hindus are now awake and that's why BJP is losing their own sleep.

The need of hour is to take back the economy of the nation on track, all inclusive with ALL communities, not by shouting slogans and advertising of "Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas" is not enough.

All communities especially minorities are an integral part of India, Indian history, Indian culture and have sacrifices more than the these so called Hindu leaders which cannot change even if they try to rewrite entire History.

It is upto the RSS to now bring its own big and small monsters into the Bottle and discipline them, go all0out to remove the fears of all the Minorities, etc including (including Muslim brothers-sisters), on the CAA-NPR-NRC-etc, convince them before they threatened to make them state-less or throw them out of India as many Loudmouths in BJP keep hinting.

The BJP has lost their moral rights to continue as they keep ruining country -- like they did with economy, demonetization, farmers, inflation, unemployment, banks sinking, and latest the CAA-NRC-NPR.

Please intervene to stop The BJP Becomes a Frankenstein and Goes out Of Your Control & Goes in Reverse Destroyer Mode or  infuture Who Will Save Bharat Mata.

I am worried that my frequent letters to RSS will force you to disown me as RSS cadre like M.G.vaidya ,Dr.R.H.Tupkari in the past but this will not change the truth  that is being written in the history .

महाराष्ट्रात महसुल खात्याच्या भ्र्ष्ट,सरकारच्या लोककल्याणकारी योजनांचे तीनतेरा करण्याची व प्रत्येक कामासाठी जनतेचा झळ व लुट करून वाळु माफियांचे समांतर सरकार निर्माण करणाऱ्या अधिकारी व कर्मचारी यांनी    ‘प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजने’च्या लाभार्थ्यांचा सध्या सुरु आपल्या  घर बांधण्याच्या  स्वप्नाचा भंग व वाळू व मुरूम हे 'गौण खनिज'  मिळविण्यासाठी सुरु असलेली तेलंगणा मध्यप्रदेश आंध्रप्रदेश कर्नाटक गुजरात राज्यात सुरु असलेली भटकंतीने कळस गढला असुन यामध्ये सनदी अधिकाऱ्यांपासून  पटवाऱ्यापर्यंत सर्वजण फक्त पैसे गोळा करण्याचे काम करीत असल्याने  त्रस्त  जनतेसाठी वाळू उपसा व वाहतूक येत्या तीन वर्षांकरिता पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदींचे सर्वांना घर ही संकल्पना पूर्ण होईपर्यंत मोफत व बंधनमुक्त करावी अशी मागणी कै वसंतराव नाईक शेती स्वालंबन मिशनचे अध्यक्ष किशोर तिवारी यांनी मुख्यमंत्री उद्धवजी ठाकरे  यांना  केली आहे .  

दोन वर्षापुर्वी  ‘प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजने’च्या लाभार्थ्यांसाठी , या योजनेतून घर बांधण्यासाठी पाच ब्रासपर्यंतची वाळू कोणतीही रॉयल्टी न आकारता मोफत देण्याची घोषणा सरकारने  केली होती मात्र सडलेल्या प्रशासनिक व्यवस्थेने एकाही गरीबाला मोफत वाळु उपलब्ध करून दिली नाही व आज  ९० टक्के पहिला  हप्ता देण्यात आलेल्या  ‘प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजने’च्या लाभार्थ्यांचे घराचे काम ठप्प  आहे हीच अवस्था  आज राज्यातील रमाई आवास, शबरी घरकुल, पंडित दीनदयाळ उपाध्याय जागा खरेदी योजनेची मस्तवाल सनदी अधिकाऱ्यांनी केली आहे, तरी सरकारने सर्व  ‘प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजने’ व रमाई आवास, शबरी घरकुलच्या लाभार्थ्यांना महसुल खात्याने पाच ब्रास रेती घरपोच सरकारी खर्चाने देण्याचे बंधन टाकावे व याची जबाबदारी जिल्ह्यातील महाराजा सारख्या वागणाऱ्या सनदी अधिकाऱ्यांना द्यावी अशी कळकळीची विनंती किशोर तिवारी यांनी व्यक्त केली आहे . 

जवळच्या तेलंगणा सारख्या पुरोगामी राज्यात वाळू व मुरूम हे 'गौण खनिज' तात्काळ मोफत व बंधनमुक्त केले मात्र कणाकणात भिनलेल्या भ्र्ष्टाचारानें सनदी अधिकारी कर्मचारी सर्व महत्वाचे काम सोडुन रांत्रदिवस गाढवावर किंवा सायकल वर नेणाऱ्या प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजने’च्या लाभार्थ्यांला पकडतात तर अनेक अधिकारी रात्री नाल्यात लपुन वाळु माफियांशी वसुली करतांना नियमित लाथा खातात व सारा नंगा नाज माध्यमांचा मनोरंजनाचा भाग झाला आहे या सरकार मान्य गोरखधंद्यात महीला अधिकारी आघाडीवर असुन सहज राष्ट्रहीत व पर्यावरणाचे संरक्षणाच्या नावावर दररोज लाखो रुपये जमा करतात यामध्ये त्यांचे नवरे वा होणारे नवरे सक्रीय सहभाग घेतात . आजकल विदेशात उच्चं पदावर बहुराष्ट्रीय कंपनीत काम करणारा भाऊ आपल्या गावात तलाठी असलेल्या लहान भावाकडे कडे आल्यावर पटवाऱ्याची तीन वर्षात जमा झालेली संपत्ती गाडी शेती पाहल्यावर विदेशात  असलेल्या भावाला आपण तलाठीची नौकरी फक्त मॅट्रिककरून का  केली नाही अशी विचारणा करतात तेंव्हा ही कृपा फक्त वाळू व मुरूमया  'गौण खनिज' देवाची असल्याचे उत्तर देते तेंव्हा माझी मान लाजेने व शरमेने खाली जाते म्हणुन आपण वाळू व मुरूमया  'गौण खनिज' देवाचे दर्शन मोफत करा वा घरकूल योजना गुंडाळा असे निवेदनात किशोर तिवारी यांनी व्यथित मनाने म्हटले आहे . 

वाळू हा दीर्घकालीन नैसर्गिक प्रक्रियेने तयार होणारा पर्यावरणातील एक महत्वाचा घटक आहे. पाण्याच्या प्रवाहामुळे खडकाच्या घर्षणातून बारीक बारीक तुकडे होण्याची प्रक्रीया नदीमध्ये सतत सुरु असते.भारतात याचा समावेश  'गौण खनिज' या वर्गात केला जातो. याच्या वापरासाठी वेगवेगळे नियम व कायदे केले गेले आहेत पण तेलंगणा सह अनेक राज्यात सरकारने वाळू व मुरूम हे 'गौण खनिज' मोफत व बंधनमुक्त केले आहेत  त्यामुळे सरकारी नियम, अटी, शर्थी, फौजदारी दखलपात्र कलमे, वेगवेगळ्या प्राधिकरणांची मार्गदर्शक तत्वे,पोलिस कारवाही सामाजिक संस्थेचा दबाव यामुळे  रेती माफियांनी धुमाकूळ त्या  राज्यात समुळ संपला आहे मात्र सध्या महाराष्ट्रात रेतीमाफिया सरकारच्या गौण खनिजाची लूट महसूल अधिकाऱ्यांच्या संरक्षणात मोठ्या प्रमाणात करीत असुन एकीकडे पर्यावरणातील एक महत्वाचा घटक असल्याच्या सरकार कांगावा करीत असतांना  राजकीय नेते व अधिकारी यांच्या संगमताने  दिवस-रात्र वाळू उपसा व त्यांची वाहतूक सुरू आहे अशा परिस्थितीमध्ये एकीकडे पर्यावरणाची ऐसीतैसी मोठ्या प्रमाणात होत असतांना मध्यमवर्गीयांना व गरीबांना घर बांधणे या रेती व मरुमाच्या सरकारी नियंत्रणामुळे प्रचंड महाग व कटकटीचे  झाले  आहे व सारी महसूल यंत्रणा आपले कामधंदे सोडून रेती घाटावर पैसे  खाण्यात गुंतली  असुन सरकारला १० टक्के महसुल वसुल केल्याचा दावा होत असतांना ९० टक्के रक्कम कर्मचारी अधिकारी यांच्या घिशात जात असल्यामुळे महाराष्ट्र सरकारने त्यांना सध्या मिळत असलेला वाळू व मुरुमांवरील महसूल बांधकाम सेस लावत जनतेसाठी वाळू उपसा व वाहतूक येत्या तीन वर्षांकरिता पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदींचे सर्वांना घर ही संकल्पना पूर्ण होईपर्यंत मोफत व बंधनमुक्त करावी अशी मागणी कै वसंतराव नाईक शेती स्वालंबन मिशनचे अध्यक्ष किशोर तिवारी यांनी मुख्यमंत्री यांना  केली आहे .

मागील ३० वर्षात अवैध वाळू उपसा करण्याच्या व्यवसायात राज्याचे सर्वच पक्षाचे अनेक आजी माजी मंत्री ,खासदार आमदार सरपंच पत्रकार पोलीस अधिकारी व  कंत्राटदार व बिल्डरही उतरले आहेत.  अतिशय शिस्तबद्ध पद्धतीने  लूट करत असल्याने पटवाऱ्यापासून जिल्हाधिकाऱ्यापर्यंत सर्वच अख्ख्या महाराष्ट्रात या अवैध पर्यावरण समतोल संपवा ह्या कार्यक्रमात  सक्रीय भाग घेत आहेत ,भाजप शिवसेनेच्या राज्यात यावर नियंत्रण येणार अशी अपेक्षा असतांना मस्तवाल पोलीस व महसूल कर्मचाऱ्यांनी भष्ट्राचाराचा कळस गाठला असल्याची खंत व्यक्त करीत तेलंगणाच्या निर्णयाप्रमाणे महाराष्ट्रातही तीन वर्षांकरिता सर्वांना घर ही संकल्पना पूर्ण  होईपर्यंत वाळू मोफत व बंधनमुक्त गरजेचे असल्याचे तिवारी म्हटले आहे

बेकायदा उत्खनन करुन नेली जाणारी ही चोरटी वाळू राज्यात सरकारी तोजनेची अधिकृत बांधकामे, मध्यमवर्गीयानच्या घर वा चाळी आदींसाठी वापरली जाते. नदी नाले वा समुद्र किना-यावरुन वाळू उपसा करणास कायद्याने बंदी असली तरी दिवसाढवळ्या हजारो ट्र्क व टेम्पोमध्ये वाळू भरली जाते.  याबाबत अनेक तक्रारी होऊनसुद्धा महसूल विभाग दुर्लक्ष करत आहे. शिवाय पोलीस यंत्रणाही त्याकडे दुर्लक्ष करत आहे. एकीकडे वाळू उपसा नियंत्रणाच्या पर्यावरण संरक्षण या मूळ उद्देशाला सरकारी यंत्रणा मूठमाती देत असल्यामुळे रॉयल्टी व बंदी ब्रिटिशांच्या  हुकूमशाहीला आता संपविणे गरजेचे असल्याचे प्रतिपादन तिवारी यांनी केले आहे .

Onetime strong supporter of Maharashtra Ex-CM Devendra  Fadanvis Maharashtra veteran farm activist Kishore Tiwari urged RSS  top brass Bhaiyaji Joshi who has predicted recently that he will back as CM in next two months to refrain devendra and his most controversial wife Amruta not to make unwanted remark and fuel needless controversies after the recent remark of Leader of opposition Devendra Fadnavis that "The Shiv Sena may be wearing bangles, but we are not. If someone says something, then he will get a befitting reply. The BJP has this much strength," asking state govt. to take action against the AIMIM ex-MLA Pathan which had received polite and sober reply from  Environment Minister Aaditya Thackeray sought to turn the table by demanding an apology from Fadnavis on his "disgraceful" bangles remark adding that "Fadnavis-ji, normally I choose not to comment back. Kindly apologise about bangles comments. Bangles are worn by the strongest of all - the women," said Aaditya Thackeray urging  to change this discourse, rather disgraceful coming from a former CM"

But just after that  Jumping into the clinking cauldron, celeb-banker Amruta Fadnavis sought to defend her husband (Devendra) by suggesting Aaditya Thackeray was a 'cocooned worm'  and she said "cocooned worm will never understand the 'pun' of life! It's meant to thrive on the glory of the silken life woven for its comforts by its ancestors," said Amruta Fadnavis in a tweet, tagging Aaditya Thackeray,She also expressed her pride for the struggles of her hubby and each and every hard working member of Maharashtra BJP,the unwanted activism Devendra and Amruta is main cause of spoiling the whole relationship between BJP-SS and over confidence and arrogance is core cause of historic SS-NCP-INC mega alliance ,Tiwari added .

Amruta's unwanted political activism is beyond the understanding and culture of Indian political circle as no apposition politican's spouses - husband/wife,  anywhere all India criticises Govt like this, (NOT even the deserted Jadhodaben)!

Wife of L. K. Advani, Yeshwant Sinha, Jaswant Singh, Shatrughan Sinha, Arun Shourie, etc don't do such things...etc.

Shiv Sena' founder Balasaheb Thakarey's wife Meentai  Thackeray quietly functioned in shadow, and her contribution came out after her sad demise...same is case of CM Uddhav Thakrey 's wife Rashmi, his cousin Raj Thakarey's wife Sharmila in background without making needless remark and controversial gesture even BJP bosses Amit Shah wife, Nitin Gadkari wife Knchantai has been working great work in social and educational field without coming in to limelight .Rajnath Singh wife, etc. don't go around abusing Sonia/Rahul/or their husbands' political rivals same is the case Kejriwal's wife Sunita doesn't abuse Modi/Shah/Sonia-Rahul...and the case Amruta is beyond the boundaries of custom and doctrine of RSS certain checks needed ,Tiwari urged (For that matter, Sita never abused Ravana, she let Ram-Laxman-Hanuman/etc. do needful and she even passed the agnipariksha!)

We never read in history of Shivaji's queen or Prithviraj Singh Chauhan's queen ever abusing the Mughals..!Ditto with Swaraj (Sushma) Kaushal, husband of Mehbooba Mufti hubby Javed Iqbal, or Nirmala Sitharaman' hubby P. Prabhakar,, Vasundhara Raje' ex-husband, Smriti Irani's hubby Zubin, Harsimrat Kaur Badal's hubby Sukhbir Singh Badal, etc..!

For that matter, NO other minister's spouses/kids/ relatives/etc, at state / centre, CMs of any parties, in past/present, unless they're in direct political conflict with their targets, etc..

So - What's Amruta Fadanvis's hidden  agenda, is she trying to 'take over' state BJP which has NO prominent women left now... 

Will she be acceptable to BJP/RSS/etc mindset these are questions being asked by people but the ground reality such unwarranted and hostile activism in the name independent personality is fueling the already worst relationship of like mined Hindu parties., Kishore Tiwari said .

महाराष्ट्र भाजपचे २५ फेबु .ला राज्य सरकारच्या चुकीच्या धोरणांच्या विरुद्धचे राज्यव्यापी धरणे आंदोलन एक थोतांड असल्याची टीका शेतकरी नेते व महाराष्ट्राच्या मुख्यमंत्र्यांचे कृषी सल्लागार किशोर तिवारी यांनी केली आहे . सध्या राज्यातील शेतकरी ,शेतमजुर ,रोजगार ,उद्योग ,प्रचंड आर्थिक मंदी ,सामाजिक सामंजस्य  या क्षेत्रात राज्यात अस्तित्वात असलेल्या सर्वच समस्यांचे मुळ केंद्रांतील दिशाहीन नरेंद्र मोदी यांचे एकाधिकारवादी सरकारच्या चुकीच्या धोरणांच्या विफलतेचा परिणाम असुन जर राज्य भाजपाला चुकीच्या धोरणावर धरणे आंदोलन करावयाचे असल्यास त्यांनी केंद्राविरुद्ध आंदोलन करावे असा सल्ला दिला आहे . 

किशोर तिवारी हे मागील ५ वर्षे देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांच्या सरकारमध्ये राज्यमंत्रीपदाचा दर्जा घेत शेतकरी मिशनचे अध्यक्ष होते मात्र विधानसभा निवडणुकीपुर्वी त्यांनी भाजपच्या सरकारला रामराम ठोकत शिवसेना प्रमुख उद्धवजी ठाकरे यांच्याशी सलगी करीत शिवसेनेमध्ये अधिकृत प्रवेश केला होता मात्र त्यांनी मागील ५ वर्षात भाजपच्या शेतकरी विरोधी धोरणाचा सतत विरोध केला होता व केंद्र सरकारने कृषी क्षेत्रातील समस्यांचे जड असलेल्या प्रमुख मुद्दे लागवडीचा खर्च कमी करणे ,शेतीमालाला रास्त भाव व योग्य शोषण विरहीत बाजार देणे ,सर्व शेतकऱ्यांना सहज पतपुरवडा धोरण राबविणे , अन्नाच्या व तेलबियाणांच्या पिकांना विषेय अर्थ सहाय्य देत पीकपद्धती राबविणे तसेच शेतकऱ्यांना अस्मानी व सुलतानी संकटापासुन संरक्षण देणारी विपदा प्रबंधन व्यवस्था तसेच शेतकऱ्यांचे हित जपणारी पीकविमा योजना आणणे या सारख्या भाजपचे सरकार असणाऱ्या राज्यांनी केलेल्या मागण्यासुद्धा केराच्या टोपलीत टाकणाऱ्या विषयांवर काम न करता  आपल्या उपशयाचे खापर राज्य फडात असल्याचा आरोप किशोर तिवारी यांनी केला आहे . 

आपण भाजपच्या शेतकरी व गरीबांच्या प्रेमाला व धरणे आंदोलनाला थोतांड म्हणुन केलेली टीका फक्त भाजपशी सलगी कमी झाल्यामुळे नसुन आपला हा त्रागा आपण मागील ५ वर्षात अनेकदा जाहीरपणे प्रगत केला आहे सध्या महाराष्ट्राचे मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे नव्या उमेदीने काम करीत आहेत त्यांनी सर्वांशी खुल्या मनाने चर्चा करून तोडगा काढण्यासाठी प्रयन्त करीत आहे मात्र केंद्र सरकारने सुरु केलेल्या असहकार्याच्या भुमिकेने त्यांची प्रचंड कोंडी करण्याचा खाणेरडा प्रयन्त  होत आहे . केंद्राने सर्व लोककल्याणकारी योजनांना सध्या रोखल्याच असुन फक्त धर्म जात दांभीक राष्ट्रवाद यामध्ये देशाचे सौंदर्याचे वातावरण कट  रचुन गृहमंत्री अमित शाह पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदींचा विरोध असतांनाही करीत असल्याचा  गंभीर आरोप किशोर तिवारी यांनी यावेळी केला .

मागील २५ वर्षापासुन स्थानीय स्वराज्य संस्थेमधून विधान परिषदेमध्ये लाखो रुपये दक्षिणा वाटप करून उमेदवारी विकत घेण्याची परंपरा यावर्षी सालाबादप्रमाणे कायम ठेवण्यात पोटभरू नेत्यांनी आपल्या प्रयन्ताची पराकाष्टा करीत कायम ठेवली मात्र यावेळी मत विकत घेण्यासाठी ५ लाख की ६  लाख रुपये तसेच आजी माजी मंत्री ,आमदार यांना सुद्धा आप आपल्या परीने शिधा देण्याची ,कार्यकर्त्यांना हुजरी करण्यासाठी वेगळा प्रसाद ,मतदारांची विमानवारी ,रिसॉर्ट मधली मौज मजा राष्ट्रीय व विभागीय माध्यमांनी दिलेली अभुतपुर्व प्रसिद्धी व त्यानंतर त्यावर लिहलेले विषेय लेख यामुळे या देशात लोकशाही या स्तरावर अशा प्रकारे  राजकीय नेते नासवतील असा विचार घटनाकार भारतरन्त बाबासाहेब आंबेडकरांनाही केला नसेल .निवडणुकीमध्ये कोट्यावधी रुपयाचा पाऊस पडायचा व ते १०० पट्टीने परत काढण्यासाठी सरकार मध्ये सर्वप्रकारची ठेकेदारी व दलाली करावयाची हा प्रकार पाहणाऱ्या युवा वर्गाला क्रांतीच्या मार्गाने नेणारा असुन राष्ट्रनिर्माण चारित्र्य नीतिमत्ता यावर सतत चर्चा करणाऱ्या पक्षांनी त्यांच्याच नेत्यांमार्फत हा प्रकाराला बढावा देणे व खुले समर्थन करणे ,पैशाचा व्यवहार करण्यासाठी आपल्या संस्थाचा वापर करणे हा प्रकार घृणास्पद असल्याचे मत किशोर तिवारी यांनी व्यक्त केला आहे .

मागील लोकसभा व विधानसभा निवडणुकीमध्ये एक माजी विधान परिषद आमदारी विकत घेतलेल्या ठेकेदार व स्वघोषित राष्ट्रवादी पक्षाच्या नेत्याने युती असतांना काँग्रेस उमेदवाराच्या  आपण मी उभा असतांना घेतलेले पैसे परत करीत नसल्यामुळें नाराजीमुळे विरोधात केले  आता त्याच उमेदवाराने त्याच पद्धतीने भाजपच्या मतदान नसणाऱ्या नेत्यांना प्रसाद वाटला तर लोकसभा व विधानसभेत असे हरामाचे पैशे त्रासदायक होतात असा अनुभव असतांना महाविकास आघाडीमध्ये विकास करून घेतल्याची खुली चर्चा माध्यमांनी यावेळी केली यामुळे हे नेते समाजासमोर कोणता आदर्श निर्माण करीत आहेत असा सवाल किशोर तिवारी यांनी केला आहे . 

पांढरकवड्यामध्ये  नवीनच प्रकार घडला ज्या सत्तारूढ पक्षाच्या सर्व सदस्यांनी गावाच्या विकासासाठी माजी मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांच्या उपस्थितीमध्ये आर्णी या ठिकाणी विधान सभेच्या निवडणुकीमध्ये प्रवेश घेतला होता यावेळी महाविकास आघाडीची कास पकडली हा गावाच्या विकासासाठी केलेला तत्वाचा त्याग या वर्षीच्या स्थानीय स्वराज्य संस्थेमधून विधान परिषदेच्या निवडणुकीची ऐतिहासिक घटना असल्याचे मत किशोर तिवारी व्यक्त करीत भाजपच्या तत्कालीन खासदार व मंत्र्यांनी जरूर विचार करावा असा सल्ला दिला आहे . 

गरीबांना अन्न वस्त्र निवारा पिण्याचे शुद्ध पाणी ,परवडेल अशी आरोग्य सेवा ,मोफत सरकारी दर्जेदार शिक्षण सेवा ,रस्ते ,रोजगार ,जगाच्या इतर देशाप्रमाणे जगण्याचा अधिकार ,शेतकऱ्यांना सुगीचे दिवस ,दलित आणी आदिवासींच्या घरात प्रकाश यासगळ्या गोष्टी असे ३५ कोटी रुपये वाटप करून आमदारकी विकत घेणारे व या विजयामध्ये किंगमेकर होणारे कसा करणार या सर्व ठेकेदारांचा बंदोबस्त करण्याची वेळ आली असल्याचे मत किशोर तिवारी यांनी यावेळी व्यक्त केले . सध्या जेमतेम सात राज्यात विधान परीषद अस्तित्वात आहे सध्या या वरच्या सभागृहात येण्यासाठी जो प्रकार सुरु आहे त्याला पाहता  घटनेच्या ३०८ कलमाखाली आर्टिकल १६९(१) अन्वये जर जनतेच्या प्रतिनिधींना दुसरे सभागृह म्हणजे विधान परिषद हवे असेल किंवा नको असेल, तर तसा २/३ मतांनी ठराव पास करून बरखास्त करावे अशी मागणी शिवसेना प्रमुख उद्धवजी ठाकरे यांचे कृषी सल्लागार शेतकरी चळवळीचे कार्यकर्ते किशोर तिवारी यांनी केली आहे . सध्या यवतमाळमध्ये विधान परिषदेचा निवडणुकीमध्ये जो खुला घोडेबाजार झाला  आहे त्यामुळे व्यथित होऊन आपण हि मागणी रेटत असल्याचा व हे आपले व्यक्तिगत मत असल्याचं  खुलासा किशोर तिवारी यांनी केला आहे .

महाराष्ट्रात सरकार  बदल्यानंतर चक्क २ महीने लोटल्यावरही माजी मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी नियुक्त केलेले शेकडो भाजपचे लाचार कार्यकर्ते आपले पद ,सरकारी मुंबईचा बंगला ,सरकारी कार ,सरकारचा नौकरवर्ग ,पगार भत्ते सोडत नसुन आपल्या हकालपट्टीची वाट पहात आहेत यावर शेतकरी नेते व शिवसेनेचे कृषी सल्लागार किशोर तिवारी यांनी खेद  प्रगट करीत हे कसले तुम्हचे तत्व ,आदर्श असा सवाल उपस्थित करीत सध्या शिवसेना ,काँग्रेस ,राष्ट्रवादी कांग्रेसचें सरकार आहे व सरकारचे धोरणे राबविण्याकरीता व सरकारच्या सोबत असलेल्या प्रत्येक पाईकाला जाबाबदारी देण्याकरीता मागील सरकारने नियूक्त केलेल्या राजकीय अराजकीय घटनात्मक पदावरच्या व्यक्ती सरकार पडल्यावर दुसऱ्याच दिवशी न विचारता नैयतिकतेच्या आधारे आपला राजीनामा देण्याची प्रथा आहे मात्र यावेळी भाजपच्या सत्तालोलूप्त नेत्यांनी आपली पदे कालमर्यादा घटनात्मक मुद्दा अराजकीय पद असा वाद करीत सोडल्यानाही ही बेशरमेची बाब आहे तरी लोक लाजास्तव या नेत्यांनी आपली पदे सोडावी असा आग्रह किशोर तिवारी यांनी धरला आहे .  आपली नियुक्ती शेतकरी मिशनवर मागील सरकारने अराजकीय पद म्हणुन केली होती मात्र  आपण मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी शपथ घेतल्यावर त्यांना आपला राजीनामा सादर केला मात्र उद्धवजी ठाकरे यांनी आपण माझ्या पुढच्या आदेशापर्यंत करा असा आदेश देत नाकारला मात्र असा राजीनामा घेऊन कोणीच जात नाही हे दुर्भाग्य आहे असा टोमणा किशोर तिवारी लगावला . 

देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी आपल्या सरकारमध्ये अतिशय वादग्रस्त व्यक्तींना भाजपच्या राष्ट्रीय नेत्यांनी विरोध केल्यावरही नियुकत्या केल्या होता त्यांनी सरकार गेल्यावरही आपला भ्र्रष्टाचार कायम ठेवला अनेक भाजप व वर्षाबंगल्यावर धार्जिणे झालेले नेते  मी मातोश्रीच्या जवळ असल्यामुळे आपलं पद भत्ते बंगला राज्यमंत्री दर्जा महाराष्ट्राच्या हिताकरिता कायम ठेवण्यासाठी लॉबिंग करीत आहेत अशा बेशरम नेत्यांना भाजपने पद सोडण्यास सांगावे असा आग्रह किशोर तिवारी यांनी देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांना केला आहे .

 Shiv Sena leader Kishore Tiwari and farm panel chief of Maharashtra govt. has strongly objected fresh proposal of Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman to expand the NABARD refinance scheme to cover NBFCs and cooperatives sector bypassing Indian PSU Banks this is another attempt to fuel present agrarian crisis in the india as role of NBFC and cooperative is more exploitive like private moneylender with RBI-NABARD protection and this is giving 15 lakh crore revival package in the name of the farmers to mostly NBFC and corporative who under  who are bankrupt   and their  agriculture and SHGs  lending is matter of larger discussions in parliament  . this agricultural credit target for 2020-21 of  Rs 15 lakh crore giving to NBFC and coopretive is another scam ,kishore tiwari allged

Earlier Kishore Tiwari on Saturday termed finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman's 16-point action plan for agriculture in Budget 2020-21 as an eyewash.as Union budget did not provide any solution to address core issues related to cost, crop, credit and risk management.

"The agrarian sector is in crisis with farmers committing suicide. This is an outcome of wrong policies adopted in banking, import-export, development, infrastructure and environmental sectors,"  as issues such as minimum support price (MSP) for cotton and soybean, new crop loans, new technology, financial assistance for farm widows and higher education for their wards were not addressed in the budget, tiwari  said.

FM Budget  measures for Indian farmers. Among many schemes, the minister has increased the limit of credit that can be granted to farmers to Rs 15 lakh crore for the next financial year. “Non-banking Financial Cooperatives (NBFCs) is hostile attempt to use  National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) provides funding for all agriculture-related activities and for rural development by ignoring india’s state owned  PSU banks which RBI regulated where as NBFC  are privately owned and controlled by corrupt politician hence this ill motivated move  

by the smart salesman  finance minister to give  expansion of the existing partial credit guarantee scheme, first announced last year, to cover securities issued by NBFCs without having regulator ,moreover in another hostile attempt  FM also relaxed the eligibility of NBFCs for debt recovery under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act 2002 from Rs 500 crore to Rs 100 crore for asset size and from Rs 1 crore to Rs 50 lakh for loan size this will be havoc ,Tiwari said.
