अर्थव्यवस्था व उद्योग व व्यापार व इस्त्राईल राज्य आर्थिक मंत्रालयाच्या निमंत्रणावरून, सदस्य कायदा व भूजल श्री विनोद तिवारी १८ रोजी होणाऱ्या  आंतरराष्ट्रीय व्यावसायिक प्रदर्शन व परिषद वॉटरटेक २०१९ मध्ये सहभागी होण्यासाठी इस्राईलच्या दौर्‍यावर जात आहेत. इस्राईलमधील तेल अवीव येथे १८ ते २१ नोव्हेंबर हि परिषद होत आहे . विनोद तिवारी  महाराष्ट्र जलसंपत्ती नियामक प्राधिकरणाच्या प्रतिनिधीमंडळाचा एक भाग आहेत. केंद्रीय जलशक्ती मंत्री (जलसंपदा), भारत सरकार श्री. गजेंद्र शेखावत हे इस्रायलमधील  वॉटरटेक २०१९ मध्ये साठी भारतीय प्रतिनिधी मंडळाचे अध्यक्ष आहेत.

वॉटरटेक २०१९ मध्ये जलसंपतेचे किमान वापर व संरक्षण यासाठी जागतिक स्तरावर होत असलेल्या प्रयन्तांचे  भाग आहे  वॉटरटेक २०१९ मध्ये जगभरातील धोरणकर्ते, उद्योग नेते, व्यवसाय अधिकारी, संशोधक आणि राजकीय निर्णय घेणारे एकत्रयेणार आहेत 

वॉटरटेक २०१९ मध्ये कार्यशाळा, गोलमेज आणि सर्व सहभागींच्या बर्‍याच संवादासह पॅनेल चर्चा समाविष्ट करणारे सत्र. २०१७ मध्ये झालेल्या अंतिम डब्ल्यूएटीईसी इस्त्राईल कार्यक्रमात ९०  देशांतील १०,००० हून अधिक अभ्यागतांनी हजेरी लावली होती  . यंदाचे अर्थव्यवस्था व उद्योग मंत्रालयाच्या माध्यमातून इस्रायलचे राज्य नवीनतम घडामोडी व तंत्रज्ञान प्रदर्शित करण्यासाठी पहिल्यांदाच एक परस्परसंवादी प्रदर्शन क्षेत्र सादर करीत आहे. पाण्याचे डिजिटल व्यवस्थापन ; सोल्युशन्स ३६० डीग्री आणि सर्वमान्य पर्याय यावर प्रस्ताव चर्चेला येणार आहेत . 

श्री तिवारी इस्त्राईलमधील जलसंपता  क्षेत्रातील कल्पकतेची स्थिती समजून घेण्यासाठी क्षेत्रीय भेटी घेणार आहेत.

महाराष्ट्र जल जलसंपत्ती नियामक प्राधिकरण (एमडब्ल्यूआरआरए), महाराष्ट्रातील जल क्षेत्रामधील एक वैधानिक प्राधिकरण जलशक्ती मंत्रालय (जलसंपदा, नदी विकास आणि गंगा पुनरुत्थान) भारत सरकारतर्फे स्थापित करण्यात आली आहे त्यांना राष्ट्रीय जल पुरस्कार २०१९ मध्ये प्रथम क्रमांकाचा पुरस्कार नियोजनाच्या कामात केलेल्या कामगीरी बद्दल देण्यात आला आहे यामध्ये एमडब्ल्यूआरआर ए राज्य भूजल प्राधिकरण महाराष्ट्र राज्यातील जलसंपत्तीचा शाश्वत, न्याय्य व न्याय्य वापर करण्याच्या उत्तम पद्धतींचा उपयोग करण्यासाठी नियोजन करणारी एकेमव संस्था आहे 

महाराष्ट्र भूजल (विकास आणि व्यवस्थापन) तरतूदी अंतर्गत एमडब्ल्यूआरआर ए राज्य भूजल प्राधिकरण म्हणून कार्यरत आहे आणि श्री. तिवारी हे भारतातील पर्यावरण विषयाचे विधी कायदेशीर  अभ्यासक असून राज्याचे भूजल रिसोर्सेस प्राधिकरणाचे प्रभारी सदयस  देखील आहेत.

Vinod Tiwari, to  visit  Israel to participate in WATEC 2019

On the invitation of  Ministry of Economy & Industry and Trade and Economic Mission of State of Israel , Mr. Vinod Tiwari, Member Law & Ground Water is visiting Israel to participate in WATEC 2019, an international professional exhibition and conference which will take place on 18-21 November in Tel Aviv, Israel. He is part of delegation of Maharashtra Water Resourses Regulatory Authority. Union Minister for Jalshakti ( Water Resourses), Govt of India Shri. Gajendra Shekhawat is heading Indian delegation for WATEC, 2019 in Israel.

The focus of WATEC 2019 is “Water Stewardship and Innovation - driving global leadership in the responsible planning management, and protection of water”.  WATEC Israel 2019 brings together policy makers, industry leaders, business executives, researchers, and political decision makers from around the world. 

Sessions that incorporate workshops, roundtables and panel discussions with much interaction from all participants. More than 10,000 visitors from 90 countries attended the last WATEC Israel event held in 2017. This year State of Israel thru it's Ministry of Economy & Industry is introducing a first-of-a-kind interactive display area, to showcase the latest developments and technologies: Digital Water; Solutions 360⁰ and Mainstream. This year we leverage Israel's global position as 'the water start-up nation' to jolt forward water technology for generations to come.

Mr. Tiwari will also be carrying out field visits to understand state of art innovation in Water Resourses Sector in Israel.

Maharashtra Water Resourses Regulatory Authority ( MWRRA), a Statutory authority in Water Sector in Maharashtra is the Winner of First position in National Water Awards, 2018 instituted by Govt of India thru Ministry of Jalshakti ( Water Resourses, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation ) and planned to introduce best practices in sustainable, juditious & equitable use of Water Resourses in State of Maharashtra.  

MWRRA is also functioning as State Groundwater Authority under the Provisions of Maharashtra Groundwater ( Development & Management ) Act and Mr. Tiwari is also in charge of Ground Water Resourses Authority for the State.
