in the today's  budget there is no solutions to address core issues of farm sector relented  cost ,crop ,credit and risk management that will double the income of farmers by 2022 as BJP led NDA Govt. is trying their level-best to divert most serious economic crisis but most deserving agriculture sector which is facing the complete rural crisis and severe economic collapse resulting in the deep depression forcing agrarian community to kill themselves as this is outcome of wrong policies adopted in banking,import-export,development and poor infrastructure and environmental issues arsing out of climate change hence agrarian bailout package was very much expected bur we are disappointed said Maharashtra Farm Task Force( VNSSM)chairman and farm activist Kishore Tiwari who has  been working as official adviser in the agriculture sector to Maharashtra chief minister udhav thakrey while commenting on budget announcement .

NDA govt. promoted  wrong policies and non-performing and non-professional functioning of present finance minister of India as her all attempts to give fresh incentive and bailout packages in the all industrial, commercial and service sectors to take them out from ongoing slowdown but it has failed too serve it's purpose to bring back the GDP on track hence to reverse the present trend of recession and economic  crisis it was expected that budget willgive  as special "National Agrarian Bailout Package"in line with Power,Banking ,Auto and FMG sector.

Indian agrarian crisis  of  wrong policies of central Govt. in the field of import export ,direct investment , RBI regulated farm credit policy and non-profitable faulty  support price MSP due to nonprofessional functioning of CACP and Niti Ayog as both minister and experts on concern bodies are too hostile to tackle these economic issues due to nondemocratic functioning of PMO hence drastic changes in present polices were needed but FM failed to do so  ,Kishore Tiwari added 

According VNSSM president Kishore Tiwari , in view of the neglect faced by the farm sector  since 2014 by NDA Govt., it was high time the central government looks at Agriculture and rural economy  seriously and announces a hefty development package and export incentive to agri produce but they have given relaxation of  import duty reduction in oil and pluses sector .

Attention of FM  was drawn towards complete failure to approach of PM Narendra Modi and his agenda to address National Agrarian crisis with help of profitable price to under the era of free trade and Globalization to agriculture Produce, direct incentive and subsidies for adoption new technology and micro-irrigation facilities hence special financial package and decision to constitute ‘ Nation commission for  farmer' Right' NCFR is needed as every year agriculture productivity is touching to new record level at the same time farmers distress and despair is resulting in record number farm suicides hence our  special appeal for"National Agrarian Bailout Package" has not considered will result in more  farm suicides in india   , Tiwari warned.

Their major demands farmers are include - minimum support price (MSP) for cotton and soybean to match the production cost with a 50 per cent profit margin; new crop loan to farmers after waiving their existing debt dues,bringing in new technology in agriculture and irrigation; financial assistance for farm widows and higher education facilities to their wards  FM failed to consider , Tiwari added.
