Nitin Gadkari should reduce fines on new traffic rules -kishore Tiwari
dated -11 September 2019
Under the new Motor Vehicles Act, Nitin Gadkari has introduced  huge increase in the amount of penalties incurred by those who violate traffic rules. While this financial penalty is unacceptable to the general public and very difficult for the middle class, the decision to impose additional penalties for breaking the traffic rules is not only creating  the unrest in the  public but also because the current penalties are almost decades old and it is necessary to reduce the number of accidents by increasing the penalty amount so that people will be more alert when driving. However, Nitin Gadkari own suporters and his close friend Kishore Tiwari have requested that the police and trasport  department recover the rate of ten times as the penalty that all such cases were feverish.
Although many states have not introduced new motor vehicle laws, huge violations of traffic rules under the Motor Vehicles Act impose huge financial penalties as the police and the Department of Transportation have initiated a new rates of levy of tariffs, due to huge hike in freight trucks as per the order of the Center implemnted . The drivers are being punished in large  who violated the rules of traffic. Kishore Tiwari has made it clear that the whatapp university is  mocking these new rules are going viral on social media and I am  upset and many people are calling me to call Nitin Gadkari and tell him make the fine rational . Now, as  I was bating to  make you Prime Minister Gadkari and this whatapp university openly   insulting and i am abused by my opponents, they are saying that if you had been elevated to become Prime your national attempt to discipline all sector of economy and industry would have been practiced then country would have another anarchy . Tiwari has pointed out
State Transport Minister Diwakar Rawate has opposed the punishment claiming that  State Government has the freedom to decide on the implementation of the new Motor Vehicles Act; and  I personally feel  the financial penalties imposed under the new Motor Vehicles Act are unfair as because if driving without a license, the fine of Rs 5,000 will be paid along with the fine of Rs 5,000 if the officers do not obey the order. Fines, for speeding, there is a fine of Rs. 3,000 / - for fine driving, a fine of Rs. 5,000 for driving dangerously, Rs. 5,000 for driving while drunk, speeding or racing is a fine of Rs. There is a provision of Rs. 3,000 to Rs. 1 lac if the vehicle is broken without breaking the rules of penalties of Rs. If you do not pay, there is a fine of more than Rs. 5,000, if a passenger exceeds the capacity of a vehicle, a passenger will be fined Rs. 1,000, if a seatbelt is not imposed, there is a fine of Rs. 3,000, if there are more than two persons on a scooter or bike, Rs. Fines and licenses can be revoked for 6 months. If no helmet is worn, fine of Rs. 1000 payment., The passage of emergency vehicles is not given then  penalty of Rs 10 lakh to Rs 2 thousand  as the penal authorities are also empowered to revoke their driving licenses. Kishore Tiwari has urged his friend Nitin Gadkari, who has been with him since 1977, to reconsider huge  fines  and reconsider his request to reduce the penalty.
